Born and raised on the border in South Texas, Chef Justin grew up spending most of his time in the kitchen or around the fire. After learning from his family the importance of a great meal and feeding others, he wanted to turn his passion into a career and moved to Austin, Texas in 2008. He began cutting his teeth in French and Mexican cuisine at restaurants such as Justine’s Brasserie and Licha’s Cantina where he resided as Chef De Cuisine. Now with years of experience under his belt, and a passion for hospitality and the culinary arts, Chef Justin is telling his own story through his cuisine.
